Laboratorní úloha - ověření provozní stability dávkování lineárního dávkovače

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis, the stability of linear dispensers addressed as it is important that they dose accurately and stably over a long period of time. For this reason, the safety and technical check of the linear dispenser is further described here, including all its procedures, how to fill in its protocol, how often it is carried out etc. There is a draft laboratory problem on the topic of dosing stability of a linear dispenser. The content of this task is to verify the stability of the dosing by recalculating the actual speed and then comparing it with the selected speed. The occlusion pressures are then measured with a model of a comparison caliber. The results of both measurements are then evaluated. Stability verification showed that the dispenser is initially unstable, but stability increases with time. Also, the stability varies with the size of the syringe and with the dosing rate. From the occlusion pressure measurements, it was only found that there is an increase in values with each measurement, but that the values are still within the desired range. Based on all the results, it is then evaluated whether the linear dispenser meets the requirements for safe and reliable use in clinical practice.
