Ostnatoválcový drtič v úpravně hnědého uhlí

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce poukazuje na smysl a způsoby drcení materiálů. Popisuje zařízení, kterými se drcení provádí. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vyvinutí kontinuálně pracujícího drtiče, s minimem podílů nežádoucích frakcí. V práci jsou popsané možné varianty řešení a jejich vyhodnocení. V další části diplomové práce je popsán vybraný drtič a vyhodnocení jeho účinnosti ve výrobě a následné úpravy pro dosažení kladných výsledků. Další část práce porovnává vlastnosti vyvinutého drtiče s klasicky využívanými drtiči v úpravně hnědého uhlí.

This diploma thesis shows the meaning and methods of crushing materials. It describes the devices that are used for crushing. The main goal of the diploma thesis is the development of a continuously working crusher, with minimal proportions of undesirable fractions. The thesis describes the possible solutions and their evaluation. In the next part of the diploma thesis the selected crusher is described and the evaluation of its efficiency in production and subsequent modifications to achieve positive results. Another part of the thesis compares the properties of the developed crusher with the classically used crushers in the brown coal plant.
