Strategická analýza podniku

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je strategická analýza podniku. Na základě informací, které mi poskytla analyzovaná společnost, jsem vyhodnotila základní metody strategické analýzy. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že strategie podniku je dobře nastavena, ovšem podařilo se mi identifikovat také slabé stránky podniku. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je prognózovat vývoj podnikatelského prostředí, navrhnout vhodnou strategii a doporučit opatření pro implementaci navržené strategie. Pokusila jsem se vyhodnotit zvolené metody strategické analýzy a navrhnout doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení strategie podniku. Tato má doporučení mohou vést k lepšímu postavení společnosti na trhu, a také mohou přispět ke zlepšení podmínek v dané firmě. Veškeré mé návrhy a doporučení jsem osobně předala analyzované společnosti, a to přímo generálnímu řediteli. Doufám, že materiály mnou poskytnuté mohou přispět k odstranění nedostatků ve strategii podniku, a tím zvýšit efektivitu a produktivitu v dané organizaci.

The topic of my thesis is a strategic analysis of a company. On the basis of the information provided by the society I have analyzed the essential methods of strategic analysis. The results showed that the company strategy is well set but I also manage to identify the company weaknesses. The objective of this thesis is to predict the development of the business environment, create an appropriate strategy and recommend measures for implementation of the proposed strategy. I have tried to evaluate the selected methods of the strategic analysis and propose recommendations to improve the business strategy of the company. These recommendations may lead to better position on the market and can also help to ameliorate the conditions within the company. I have personally delivered all my suggestions and recommendations to the director of the company. I hope that all provided materials can help to eliminate deficiencies in the strategy of the company and thereby increase the efficiency and productivity within the organization.
