Abstract

KOHUTOVÁ, Simona. Family house in Klímkova street, Slezská Ostrava, Ostrava, 2026. Bachelor Thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engieering, Department of Architecture. Supervisior of Bachelor Thesis: Ing. arch. Aleš Vojtasík The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the partial elaboration of project documentation for the execution of a family house in Slezská Ostrava. The documentation is prepared to an appropriate extent in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on building documentation.[9]

The basis for this bachelor’s thesis was architectural study developed within the course Architectural Studio I., supervised by Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká. The design was subsequently modified during Architectural Studio V., supervised by Ing. Arch. Aleš Vojtasík. The expert consultant in the field of building construction was doc. Ing. Jaroslav Solař, Ph.D. The bachelor’s thesis includes a textual part and a drawing part. Thetextual documentation contains an accompanying report, a summary report, and a technical report on the building. The appendices include the drawing part with partial documentation for execution of the building.
