Návrh a realizace stabilních generátorů harmonických signálů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá navržením stabilního generátoru harmonického signálu. Základní zapojení generátoru signálu vychází ze zapojení dvou operačních zesilovačů, které jsou zapojeny jako integrátor a komparátor. Rezistor na vstupu integrátoru byl nahrazen technologií spínaných kapacitorů, aby byl obvod laditelný na základě řídící frekvence. V práci je uvedeno i měření, kdy se měřily vlastnosti operačních zesilovačů, aby byl použit pro danou funkci ten nejoptimálnější. Dále je v práci popsán návrh filtru a volba konkrétního filtru od firmy MAXIM, který taktéž využívá technologii spínaných kapacitorů. Tím byla dosažena celková přeladitelnost obvodu. Celé zapojení bylo po odzkoušení na nepájivém poli navrženo na desku plošných spojů. Cílem práce bylo dosažení dlouhodobé stability a teplotní nezávislosti celého obvodu. Na tuto podmínku se vždy nahlíželo při volbě konkrétních řešení. V práci je obsaženo i několik výstupů z konkrétních měření.

Master thesis is dealing with the design of stable generators of harmonic signals. The basic involvement of the periodic generator comes out of involvement of two operational amplifiers, which are integrated in the function of integrator and comparator. The resistor which is located at the input of the integrator was replaced by the technology which is using switched capacitors in order that the circuit could be debugged. In this thesis the measurement of the qualities of the operational amplifier was also mentioned and afterwards the most suitable operational amplifier for every single function was selected. Subsequently the design of the filter was described and then the concrete filter Maxim using the switched capacitors technology was chosen as the best one for this place. Thanks to that the circuit can be completely debugged. The whole involvement was tested on the breadboard and then it was designed on printed circuit board. The aim of this thesis was to achieve the long-lasting stability of the whole circuit and its independence on the temperature. Finally various outputs of the concrete measurements were described too.
