Zajištění informovanosti obyvatel při kulturní akci

Abstract

V současné době je lidstvo více sužováno či se musí potýkat s bezpečnostními hrozbami. Na základě zmíněného faktu vyvstává potřeba zabývat se otázkou komplexní bezpečnosti chráněných zájmů, kde chráněnými zájmy máme na mysli - prostředí, lidé, infrastruktura. Jedním z chráněných zájmů mohou být kulturní akce. Diplomová práce se zabývá statistickým šetřením potenciálních hrozeb, které mohou mít vliv na ohrožení prostor kulturních akcí v České republice. Práce zahrnuje návrh řešení pro identifikované hrozby a lepší informovanost obyvatelstva o pořádání kulturních akcí.

At present, humanity is more plagued or must contend with security threats. On the basis of that fact there is a need to address the issue of comprehensive security interests protected, which protected the interests we have in mind - the environment, people and infrastructure. One of the protected interests may be cultural events. The thesis deals with the statistical investigation of potential threats, which may have an impact on the threat to the space of cultural events in the Czech Republic. The work involves the design of a solution for the identified threats and better awareness of the population about the organisation of cultural events.
