dc.description.abstractVŠB-TU Ostrava, Institut geoinformatiky, Ostrava – Poruba Pro účinný postup záchranných jednotek při havárii s únikem biologických nebo chemickým látek je třeba zajistit technickou podporu v oblasti komunikačního a informačního zabezpečení. Je tedy nutné v co nejkratším časovém intervalu zajistit a využít informace, jenž budou nápomocny při likvidaci mimořádné události. V práci je zpracován nástin komunikačních a informačních technologií využitelných při zdolávání takovýchto mimořádných událostí.cs
dc.description.abstract-enIn order to coordinate an effective progress in activities of rescue squads in an emergency situation involving spills of substances of biological and chemical hazard, there is a necessity of providing technical support by means of communication and information. This underlines the inevitability of providing instant information to be ready to lend a hand in solving emergencies.
