Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of analysis of employee benefits in a selected company. At present, unemployment is low and demand for labor outweighs supply. Employers try to attract new employees with the help of employee benefits and at the same time retain current employees. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the current state of employee benefits in the selected company and then propose recommendations for its improvement. The main method used in the bachelor's thesis is quantitative research, which was conducted using a questionnaire survey. Subsequently, an analysis of employee benefits in the selected company took place, which created a recommendation for the company.
