Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the issue of consumer protection as a whole and to understand in a comprehensible form the individual institutes, which are essential for consumers in business relations and everyone should know them. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part discusses the theoretical basis of consumer protection. The second part of the thesis consists of theoretical definition of the first part of the questionnaire in the form of test questions.
