Návrh možností pro nové využití sociálního brownfield - zámek Dívčí Hrad

Abstract

In the submitted thesis there is prepared a proposal for a possible future use of the chateau – Dívčí Hrad, which is located in the village of the same name. The research part is focused on the historical background of the castle, as well as the successfully realized revitalization of similar objects, as the object of the diploma thesis. Following part is a chapter that describes the castel in economic terms. In the search section, the description of the investment cycle is also elaborated and together with the possibilities of possible financing of the proposal. The practical part deals with the analysis of documents that will help to draw the limits that could influence the future proposal. Wider and narrower relations of the municipality, municipal plan and cadastral information related to the object were analyzed. Another chapter, which is a practical part of the thesis, is a description of the current state. On the basis of the information obtained, a possible functional use of the object of interest is proposed. The design of the reconstruction of the castle is based on the indicative construction calculation, followed by the chapter on financing possibilities. This chapter analyzes possible funding and proposes project funding on the basis of the information found.
