Malé víceprvkové antény pro vícepásmový nebo širokopásmový provoz

Abstract

This diploma thesis engage in automated design of several structure topologys of small multi-element L and F-antennas consisting of a feeded vertical polygons including passive resonating sections for multiband and/or broadband operation. The thesis describes the development of m-script in MATLAB for automatic analysis and optimization of antenna structures in the electro-magnetic field simulator Zeland IE3D. The simulator uses a numerical method of moments. Functionality of the script is validated with designing and analysing of 1 to 4 arm spiral antennas on substrate Rogers RO4003C for selected frequency bands. Reflection coefficient and calculated quality factor of designed antennas are presented. The resulting structures are matched well at operating frequency.
