Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to draw up a project documentation for the residential building in Kromeriz. Intention of this work is to provide full project background and documentation for construction of 12 unit residential building that will be fully functional, consisting of four floors. This project provides comfortable living with sufficient civic amenities in quiet part of the town. There are 5 living units on each of the first and second floors; flat sizes vary from one-room to four bedroom flats with kitchen. There are just 2 luxury apartments on the third and fourth floor. The target group for these apartments would be rather demanding occupants. Building is equipped with storage and technical premises and also with underground car park. Bachelor Degree Paper consists of 2 parts, drawing one and part providing project documentation. There are also other documents included in this paper – detailed budget, time plan, and technological guideline for brickwork and concreting of ceiling constructions.
