Syndrom vyhoření v rámci Policie České republiky

Abstract

In the presented work is treated the issue of burn-up syndrome. It is a social problem. Not yet carried out research, it was found that the most vulnerable are people working in the social professions, where they work with other people. I was more focused on the possible causes of this syndrome within the Police of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is aimed at familiarizing with the issues of what, in the case of burn-up syndrome is, what are the most vulnerable profession, its main consequences, methods of examination as to prevent the syndrome and what are the possibilities for its management. In the practical part to conduct research that aims to ascertain the extent to which members of the Police of the Czech Republic risk of burn-up syndrome. In the final section is a summary of the problems listed.
