Abstract
In this bachelor's thesis, the author will focus on human resources in connection with the
integration of electric vehicles in the Czech market. The author will present the results of a
literature review in the areas of industrial transformation and human resource strategies related
to the integration of electric vehicles. The current state of human resource management
processes during the integration of electric vehicles in the Czech Republic will be analyzed. An
international comparison of these processes will be conducted. Strategies for successful
integration of electric vehicles, considering human resource management, will be proposed.
The author will provide commentary on the achieved results and make recommendations for
Czech businesses.
