Diverzifikace rizika ve společnosti ALVIT – inovace a vzdělávání s. r. o.

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis was to develop a critical profile of the organization and design of preventive measures as crisis situations to avoid, or at least mitigate their impact.

The theoretical part deals mainly with general basic concepts of small and medium enterprises. It also contains detailed descriptions of each type of risk that may affect the organization, describes the crisis in the organization.

In the next section, I presented organization ALVIT - innovation and education, Ltd. and its business activities. To get relevant information about organization I used macro-environment PEST analysis, financial analysis, Porter's competitive forces model and SWOT analysis.

Necessary step to achieve my stated objective was to identify potential crisis outbreaks and for these outbreaks I developed a critical matrix. For selected a potential risk, I developed a crisis plan and crisis strategy. At the end of my thesis I developed preventive measures to diversify risks within the organization as the crisis with the greatest impact, as well as other smaller potential crisis that may also affect the stability of the organization.
