Abstract
In this bachelor thesis I have focused on collective agreement for České dráhy, a.s. At the first part of my thesis, I have described collective agreement legislation. At the second part of my thesis, I have focused on evaluation of the selected areas, which I have drawn from my own experience and also from structured interview.
