Racionalizace provozu skladového hospodářství OKD, a.s.

Abstract

In the exposed submitted degree work I deal with a particular part of the shakeout of OKD corp. stock holding. Shakeout is the centralization of Karviná mine stock holding. This centralization consists in movement of consigment stocks from Lazy platn to ČSA plant.

In the first chapter I deal with the history and characteristics of OKD corp., next chapter describes the present estate of stock holding in Lazy locatity and ČSA loclaity. A partof my submitted degree work is also the description of concepts and precausions that lead to continuous displacement of onsignment stock, costs expended to investment and wages savings, deposit rental and minimization of repair cosi. In the last chapter is realized the economic evaluation.
