Analýza právních a ekonomických aspektů vybraného spolku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with present status of the selected association. The aim of the thesis is to analyze current status of the association, outlining of its present philosophy and its reaction to historical events, evaluation of organizational structure as well as the freedom to arrange its bodies being used and the way of its functioning. The partial aim is to evaluate the sources of financing of given association and its economic activities. In the theoretical part, there are legal and economic aspects of non-profit organizations determined as well as legal classification of associations involving their theoretical description in the context of Civil Code. Their economical classification is theoretically determined as well. In the practical part fo the thesis, there is the concrete association introduced, its legal aspects involving mainly the association bodies, subsidiary associations and their organizational structure and economic analysis.
