Odpadové hospodárstvo v obci

Abstract

Pri spracovaní mojej témy, ktorej názov znie „Odpadové hospodárstvo v obci“ som z použitej literatúry a iných dostupných zdrojov vypracovala analýzu odpadového hospodárstva v obci.

V úvode práce stanovujem cieľ a hypotézu.

Prvá kapitola je súhrnom informácií a poznatkov o komunálnom odpade, legislatíve odpadového hospodárstva a strategických dokumentoch v oblasti nakladania s odpadmi.

V druhej kapitole sa venujem konkrétne odpadovému hospodárstvu obce Olešná, jeho programu a riadeniu, vzniku odpadov v tejto obci a systému ich zberu vrátane poplatkov vynaložených na tento zber občanmi a obcou.

V tretej kapitole sa zaoberám poukázaním na nedostatky systému nakladania s odpadom v obci Olešná a návrhu k zlepšeniu.

Záver práce je celkové zhrnutie riešenej problematiky a zdôraznenia materiálového zhodnocovania odpadu pred jeho ukladaním na skládku odpadov.

When preparing the presented document named “Waste Management in the municipality” I made an analysis of waste management in the municipality based on literature I have read and other available sources. In the introduction of this document I set the target and the hypothesis. The first chapter is a summary of information and knowledge about municipal waste, legislative of waste management and it deals with key documents in terms of waste proceeding. The second chapter is dedicated to waste management in the municipality Olešná, its program and as well I concentrate on waste production in this municipality and on the system of its collection, which includes the fees paid by citizens and by municipality itself. The third chapter is aimed at deficiencies of the system of the waste management in the municipality Olešná and my suggestion of how to improve the situation are presented here, too. The conclusion is summary of the discussed problem. I emphasize the material valuation of the waste before its deposition in a waste dump.
