Získávání kovů při bioloužení polymetalických rud

Abstract

The diploma thesis aims to clarify, which metals are obtained by bacterial leaching of polymetallic ore and what conditions this ore needs to meet. The first part describes the theoretical part of the bacterial leaching itself. The second phase is focused on the practical part of the diploma thesis. Specifically it deals with bacterial leaching of the rock from the Zlatý Chlum region. Interesting metals, which the practical part deals with are Al, Fe, Cu and Zn metals. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the achieved results of the interest metals. Whole bacterial leaching took place under laboratory conditions in bioreactors in the laboratories of VŠB - TUO Ostrava.
