Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the optimization of the startup process of pulverized coal grinding in the injection system for blast furnaces. The aim is to accelerate the initiation of pulverized coal production under conditions of lower calorific value of blast furnace gas, reduce failure rates, and minimize production downtimes. The thesis also analyzes the combustion of blast furnace gas in the burner, with an emphasis on its regulation and its impact on the overall process stability.
