Územní studie rozšíření obytného území obce Olšany u Prostějova

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je územní studie využití dnes jen zčásti zastavěného území v severovýchodní části obce Olšany u Prostějova pro bydlení. V úvodní části je popsán předmět diplomové práce a uveden seznam použitých podkladů. Teoretická východiska shrnují některé základní informace pro usměrnění postupu řešení. V další části je popsán stávající stav řešené lokality a vyhodnoceny poznatky o řešeném území ve vztahu k předmětu diplomové práce. Poslední část se věnuje samotnému návrhu využití lokality pro bydlení. Popisuje varianty prověřované v konceptu diplomové práce a zdůvodňuje volbu finálního řešení. Výsledný návrh je popsán a ekonomicky vyhodnocen. Hlavním výstupem celé práce je výkresová část.

The thesis is a study of territorial utilization currently only partly built up area in the northeast of the village Olšany Prostějova for housing. The first part describes the subject of the thesis and a list of used documents. Theoretical basis summarize some basic information for directing process solution. The next part describes the current state of location designed and evaluated information of the investigated area with respect to the subject of the thesis. The last part is dedicated to the proposal for use of the locality for housing. Describes variants examined in the concept of the thesis and justifies selection of the final solution. The resulting proposal is described and evaluated economically. The main output of the work is part of the drawing documentation.
