Analýza způsobilosti procesu tváření za tepla u výrobce automobilových dílů

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the process capability in a company which is producing formed sheets for the automotive industry. The aim of the work was to design a suitable procedure for the analysis data files, including the calculations of competency indices. The introduction of the bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical basis of statistical process control and evaluation of process capability. The next part of this work describes a specific procedure of the data files analysis and evaluation of the suitability of the selected production process of sheet metal forming. The conclusion of the work was focus on the comments of the achieved results and proposals of appropriate measures in order to ensure a more effective evaluation of the suitability of the process and to increase the quality of the process itself.
