Posouzení ekotoxicity pracích prášků a domácích čisticích prostředků

Abstract

In this thesis „Ecotoxicology laundry detergent and household cleaners“ are defined terms as eco-toxicology, ecotoxicity. Ecotoxicity understood as a property of substances (waste), toxic effects on the balance of natural ecosystems, especially water ecosystems, soil and sediment. Toxicity tests, which deal with the evaluation of ecotoxicological properties of substances called biological toxicity tests. Bioassays are the main objectives, namely to determine the concentration of the border, which is a possible life of selected test organisms. Currently, the preferred test for acute toxicity called micro scale toxicity tests. The detergents chosen for trstiny ecotoxicity was used bioluminiscence inhibition of Vibrio fischeri bakteria. The conclusion summarizes the resulting values ecotoxicity test preparations.
