Analýza postupu provádění interních auditů ve strojírenském podniku v kontextu normy ISO 9001:2016

Abstract

The principal goal of this thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of internal audits of quality management systems in ZV – Nástroje s.r.o. company, in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard. The second goal is to suggest possible enhancements of the current systems. The first part of this work is focused on theory of quality management systems and system review methodology. Further in this chapter, specifics of auditing are discussed, covering types of internal audits and history of auditing, and also the auditing procedure is described. At the end of this section, personal traits and skills of a good auditor are defined. The second part analyses the current state of quality management systems internal audits in the reviewed company. Based on this analysis, possible improvements of the internal audits in compliance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard, are proposed.
