Motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti ČEZ

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of motivation of employee ČEZ a.s. In the first part of my thesis I showed the theoretical basis dealing with motivation such as inducements, hierarchy of needs and work motivation. The second part, the practical part is executed by questionnaire survey of motivational factors. It was evaluated according to the results obtained and it is shown in the chart. In the last part I deal various proposals, measures and overall reviews.
