Výroba mobilní DC nabíječky pro elektrické vozy

Abstract

The aim of this work manufacturing a design of a mobile DC charger for electric cars. The whole project of mobile DC charger is realized in cooperation with ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The first point is an introduction to mobile charging devices, in which the difficulties of electric car charging, the most commonly used charging standards and trends in mobile charging stations are presented. This thesis also covers the design of technology for manufacturing the frame, design of the cooling system and selection of the construction material. In the next section is presented the manufacturing of a prototype mobile charger design. There are described steps and design solutions followed in the manufacturing process.
