Abstract
The Bachelor thesis is prepared for the evaluation of methods to motivate employees in a particular company and especially their impact on sickness and efficiency. For evaluation were used evidence provided by company and questionnaires. From results of the analysis and the questionnaires will be developed suggestions for improvement.
