Sociální Android Aplikace

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to create a new social Android application based on check-in posts with location. The application is named Findsomebody as its main purpose is to locate someone. The application is able to scan any area on the map (such as cities, states and even continents) and acquire posts with location in the searched area. These posts are sought from those who use this particular application. Through these posts the user is also able to get in touch with their author. Findsomebody therefore serves as a dating site, but also as a social application through which it is possible to chat with friends and see their check-in posts.
