Využití Web 2.0 služeb ve vnitrofiremní komunikaci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití Web 2.0 služeb ve vnitrofiremní komunikaci, při řešení společných projektů i běžné komunikaci mezi zaměstnanci. Mým cílem je zjistit aktuální situaci v různých firmách Moravskoslezského kraje a navrhnout optimální řešení této komunikace pomocí Webu 2.0. Dále zjistit výhody a nevýhody, které s sebou toto řešení firmě přinese. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy týkající se této problematiky a to především Web 2.0, Cloud Computing, E-mail, MS Office 365, Google Apps a mnoho dalších. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu současného stavu, která byla zjišťována pomocí vytvořeného online dotazníku a rozeslaného do náhodně vybraných firem Moravskoslezského kraje. A návrhu řešení vnitrofiremní komunikace, ve kterém bylo, jako možná varianta podnikového Intranetu navrhnuto řešení MS Office 365 verze P. Závěrem je v práci uvedeno zhodnocení tohoto navrhovaného řešení, a popsány jeho výhody a nevýhody.

This thesis focuses on using Web 2.0 services in the internal communication. It is used either while finding solutions of common projects or even in normal communication among the employees. My target is to find out an actual situation in different companies of Moravskoslezsky region and to suggest an optimal solution of the communication using Web 2.0. Next I have to find out the advantages and disadvantages of this solution for the company. In theoretical part there are described terms of this issue mainly about Web 2.0, Cloud Computing, E-mail, MS Office 365, Google Apps and many more. The practical part includes the analysis of actual state which was discovered by an online questionnaire. This questionnaire was sent to randomly chosen companies of Moravskoslezky region. The other section of the practical part is about finding a solution in an internal communication. The possible option is to use a company Intranet designed by MS Office 365, version P. In the last part there is an evaluation of the suggested solution and there are its advantages and disadvantages described.
