Vybrané okruhy stížností, řešené statutárním městem Most, efektivnost a problémy při jejich vyřizování, návrhy řešení vybraných problémů

Abstract

The thesis describes problems that arise during receiving and handling complaints in the statutory town Most. The first part deals with the current legislation relating to complaints and suggestions for its amendment. Citizens complaints that people often bring to statutory town Most are analysed in the main section of this thesis. The difficulties in process of resolving of some kinds of complaints are mentioned too. Proposals for improve of treatment specific problems and specific situations are suggested. These proposals could lead to more effective handling selected situations, thereby achieve greater citizens satisfaction, who appeal to the statutory town Most for help. The last part is devoted to the petitions and concise analysis. It also describes some specific examples of situations where the city authorities must participate and make decisions.
