Implementace IT portálu pro správu požadavků a zavedení workflow

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis implementace IT portálu a s ním související zavedení workflow ve společnosti AGC Glass Europe. Práce si klade za cíl uvést čtenáře v obraz aktuálního stavu ve společnosti AGC, vymezení jejích cílů ohledně IT a důvody pro zavedení nového IT portálu pro správu požadavků. V práci bude popsán aktuální stav před a po zavedení portálu a následné zhodnocení přínosů ze zavedení plynoucích.

The subject of this thesis is to describe the implementation of IT portal and the associated introduction of workflow at AGC Glass Europe. The work aims to introduce the reader into the image of the current state of the AGC company, define its goals regarding IT and the reasons for the introduction of a new IT portal for the request flow. Current status will be described namely before and after the introduction of the portal and the subsequent evaluation of the benefits arising from the introduction.
