Abstract
This master´s thesis is focused on the establishment of limited liability company. Its aim is to describe and explain establishment procedure, including the choice of legal form and making business plan. Theoretical part introduces possible legal forms of business in the Czech republic and related aspects, the operating od limited liability company and business plan, witch is important management and development tool. The practical part deals simulation of company establishment and making business plan of company active in wellness services.
