Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of violation of obligations in the management of another property. The work is divided into 4 chapters, but we can say that it consists of 2 main parts. The first part deals theoretically with the management of foreign property. In the introductory chapter, the creation and termination of administration is defined, or terms such as administrator, involved persons and simple or full administration. The second part is focused on the very issue of breach of obligations in the management of other people's property. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the crime itself and what economic consequences may arise. In the practical part, selected jurisprudence and own proposals for prevention, how to avoid violations of obligations in the management of other people's property, are analyzed.
