Abstract

The thesis deals with the project managers aktivity effectiveness in a small copany regarding „ Mýto“ ( Roal Toll). In the first part of the thesis the basic terms are explained, such as project management and a project manager. The organization scheme of the project management, organizational management, pure management, matrix management and network management are described further on. The second part is focused on description of the chosen company, the project “Mýto” is characterized and the project activities are described. The network analysis is executed by the critical method as well. In the following part of the thesis particular suggestions and recommendations for the company management in order to reduce the costs of the project are submitted.
