Abstract

ROJKOVÁ, M.: Family House with a Studio in Skalice near Frýdek-Místek. Bachelor’s Thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department ofArchitecture 226, Supervisor: Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the design of a detached family house and the creation of its project documentation for construction implementation. The building is designed on plot no. 1518 in the cadastral area of Frýdek-Místek, in accordance with the valid Decree No .499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation. The basis for the development of the bachelor’s thesis is an area analysis prepared in the course Studio Work 2 and an architectural study developed in the course Studio Work 5. This study was subsequently expanded and modified for the preparation of the construction implementation documentation. The bachelor’s thesis includes the construction project documentation and a written part comprising an introductory, summary, and technical report related to the proposed building and plot. The annexes contain the drawing documentation of the designed building and architectural solutions including elevations, visualizations, and details. The specialization of the bachelor’s thesis is architecture.
