Abstract

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is starting a business of a small and medium company. Theoretical part contains analysis and comparison of legal form of a business subjects, that most often represents small and medium companies in the Czech Republic. The object of the thesis is to start up a fictive company with a legal form of a limited company and also to make a business plan for company initiation. Business plan contains company neighborhood analysis, where belongs suppliers, customers, competition etc. There is also financial plan, that contains calculation of costs, earnings and cash flows, which are written in the profit and loss report, balance-sheet and cash-flow report. Fictive company is french cafe opened in Frýdek-Místek. The name of the cafe is Provence.
