Srovnání vývoje politicko-administrativní korupce v České republice a vybraných postkomunistických zemích

Abstract

This diploma thesis compares the development of political administrative corruption in the Czech Republic and selected post-communist countries. The theoretical part deals with defining the concept of corruption focusing mainly on political administrative corruption, next describing methods of measuring corruption. In the practical part, the analysis and subsequent comparison of the corruption of the Czech Republic and selected post-communist countries is carried out according to the Corruption Perception Index, the Bribe Payers Index and the Global Corruption Barometr. At the and there is an indication of whether corruption is a better country that is part of the European Union or a country that is not yet a member of the European Union.
