Analýza procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců Gymnázia Mikuláše Koperníka v Bílovci

Abstract

This work deals with the analysis of the employee education and development process in the Mikuláš Koperník High School in Bílovec. The existing education and development process has been analysed based on materials provided by the organization and interview with the school director. The questionnaire survey helped to find important information and also opinion of current employees. Recommendations for improvement of the current education and development process were proposed thanks to gained information. The first recommendation was to ensure the availability of basic information about trainings and education courses. The second recommendation was to verify the newly acquired knowledge and skills of employees. Further it was recommended to provide a written feedback describing the progress of learning activities. The last recommendation was to encourage teachers to use as often as possible methods, which involve the practical part.
