Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to carry out on evaluation of the SK Polanka nad Odrou football club. The theoretical part initially deals with terms such as company, entrepreneur, expert, evaluator and value. Further in this part the method which precedes the evaluation itself is described. It comprises a strategic and financial analysis and make up of a financial plan. In the last subchapter of this part evaluation methods are sketched. In the practical part the footbal club SK Polanka nad Odrou is characterized. After that a strategic and financial analysis follow. The strategic analysis outlines opportunities, dangers and weak as well strong points of the club using factors of macro and micro environment. The financial analysis shows the financial standing of the company. The final part includes an evaluation itself of FK SK Polanka nad Odrou.
