Novela stavebního zákona a její dopad na posuzování staveb z hlediska výkonu státního požárního dozoru

Abstract

JAHELKOVÁ, Radka. Building Law Novel and Its Impact on the Assessing of Buildings from the Point of View of the State Fire Inspection. Ostrava 2020. 42 p. VŠB-TUO, Faculty of Safety Engineering. In the first part, the bachelor thesis defines the fire protection system and a performance of the State Fire Inspection fixed by a valid legislation in the Czech Republic. Then from the view of the fire protection, it deals with changes of a construction law amendment valid from 1. 1. 2018. Another part of this thesis are also the changes which should occur in the construction industry throughout the next few years and which will influence the performance of the State Fire Inspection. Since the control activities are making a significant part of the performance of the State Fire Inspection, the principals of its planning and common information system prevention used in several regions are stated in the following thesis. To finish, processes which could lead to easier and more effective performance of the State Fire Inspection are recommended.
