Vytvoření realizační projektové dokumentace inteligentní elektroinstalace bytového domu s využitím systému Loxone v programu Eplan.

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the creation of project documentation for intelligent wiring of an apartment building using the Loxone system. This system is designed to control individual housing units with a link to the central control of the entire building. It enables efficient control and regulation of heating, cooling, lighting and shading of the building. The project also includes solutions for specific requirements of the apartment building, such as a central bell board with video and audio transmission, energy readings and integration of common areas. The introductory part of the thesis discusses the historical development of smart electrical systems, analysing the different systems and protocols from the earliest to the latest electrical control options. This is followed by a comparison of smart and conventional wiring, with an emphasis on describing the advantages and disadvantages of both approaches. The next chapter focuses on the legislative framework and the application of standards related to building system technology. The thesis also describes in detail the Loxone system and its individual components. The practical part is focused on the design of intelligent electrical installation using the Loxone system in the EPLAN environment. The final chapter compares the economic and technical aspects of the system used with other competing solutions. The thesis concludes with a summary of the achieved results, evaluation of the benefits and possibilities of further development of the topic.
