Benchmarking vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is the benchmarking of a selected company, which has become the Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company. The aim of the thesis is to improve the current situation in society based on proposals and recommendations. The theoretical part includes the legal regulation of health insurance, financing of health insurance companies through funds, an overview of the current situation and the characteristics of benchmarking. In the practical part, a benchmarking partner is chosen and then an analysis of selected economic indicators of the compared health insurance companies in the years 2017-2021 is performed. The conclusion contains an overall assessment and proposals for recommendations to improve the current situation.
