Abstract

The subject of the thesis is:,, The valuation of the company Woodpel Moravia Ltd. ". The theoretical part contains definitions of the basic terms, various methods which are used for determining the value of a business, process and steps how we can determinate the value of a company, financial analysis and various methods of the valuation of a company. In the theoretical part, these kinds of analyses are applied: PEST analysis, Porter's analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. Subsequently, these methods are selected according to: property, substance, capitalized earnings and DCF. The value of the company is stated at the end of the thesis and it is determined and compared with the selected methods (used in the process of the determination).
