Abstract
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a remote monitoring system for measuring the electricity consumption of resistance furnaces at the TDK Electronics production plant in Šumperk. The objective is to digitalize the process of data acquisition, transmission, and visualization in order to enhance operational efficiency and improve the accuracy of energy management. The thesis provides a detailed description of the selection of suitable measuring equipment, its installation, integration into the existing IT infrastructure, and connection to SCADA (WinCC OA) and Grafana platforms. The implemented system enables real-time consumption monitoring, detection of operational anomalies, and the development of predictive maintenance models.
