Abstract
The thesis deals with evaluation of the efficiency of property of financial management of the selected municipalities of the Olomouc region in years 2010 – 2019. The first part discusses basic concepts, namely the position of the municipality in public administration and their property relations. Then there are characterized the topics connected with the municipal budget. The second part describes selected municipalities and indicators necessary for their calculation. Then are indicators used in practical part of thesis and their results commented.
