Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis evaluates how to valorizate the actual employee satisfaction and finding the benefits in specific companies. The theoretical part is showing the synthesis of company management and the characterictis of performance motivation, employee’s benefits, rating systém and rewarding. In the practical part is evaluated the characteristics, history and the rating systém of the Tenza a.s. company. The final part is based on the questionnaire survey, the interview with the personal management and the observation of the company. In conclusion, based on the analyzes are proposed recommendations should improve satisfaction and motivation of employees in the selected company and work team.
