Letecká služba Policie ČR v Integrovaném záchranném systému ČR

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou záchrany osob z tekoucí vody a záchrany osob v noci pomocí techniky letecké služby Policie ČR. Uvádí stručný přehled činností Letecké služby PČR v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému ČR a popisuje technické prostředky používané leteckou službou. Zmiňuje přehled společných terénních cvičení s ostatními složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému ČR a shrnuje jejich výsledky. Dále navrhuje metodiku pro záchranu osob z tekoucí vody a uvádí jednotlivé fáze záchrany osob v noci.

This diploma thesis deals with the methods of rescuing people from runnin water and with night search and rescue operations, both with the use of the Czech Police Air Service (CPAS) facility. It drafts a brief list of CPAS activities in the frame of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS), describes technical equipment used by CPAS. It mentions some open-air trainings held in cooperation with other institutions of IRS and summs up their results. It also submits a proposed methodology of people-in-flowing-water rescue and presents an algorithm of rescuing people at night-time.
