Bydlení pro seniory

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu bydlení pro seniory, a to se zaměřením na území Moravskoslezského kraje. Základním cílem diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu seniorského bydlení v České republice, vývojové tendence, vztah sociálního a dostupného bydlení. Na základě výsledků šetření je navrženo vhodné řešení pro zadané území zohledňující demografické aspekty a vývojovou prognózou s modelovými formami seniorského bydlení respektující podmínky přístupnosti a ekonomické hledisko. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení základní terminologie, představena je demografická struktura naší země společně s jejím vývojem, rozebrána je otázka stárnutí populace, jeho důsledky. Poté jsou analyzovány možnosti bydlení pro seniory v ČR a současná situace v této oblasti. V praktické části práce jsou na příkladu Moravskoslezského kraje analyzovány stávající možnosti bydlení pro seniory, a to zejména se zaměřením na město Třinec. Následně jsou na bázi daných zjištění navrženy tři modelové formy seniorského bydlení a je vybrána optimální varianta objektu bydlení pro seniory. Závěr obsahuje finální zhodnocení zjištěných poznatků.

The thesis deals with the topic of housing for seniors, focusing on the territory of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The basic objective of the thesis is to analyze the current state of senior housing in the Czech Republic, development trends, the relationship between social and affordable housing. Based on the results of the survey, a suitable solution is proposed for the specified area, taking into account demographic aspects and a development forecast with model forms of senior housing respecting accessibility conditions and an economic perspective. The theoretical part focuses on defining basic terminology, the demographic structure of our country is presented together with its development, the issue of population aging and its consequences is discussed. Then, the possibilities of housing for seniors in the Czech Republic and the current situation in this area are analyzed. In the practical part of the work, the existing housing options for seniors are analyzed using the example of the Moravian-Silesian Region, especially with a focus on the city of Třinec. Subsequently, based on the findings, three model forms of senior housing are proposed and the optimal variant of the housing facility for seniors is selected. The conclusion contains a final evaluation of the findings.
