Abstract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is Communication in the organization. Effective communication between employees is a very important part of leading employees. The purpose of this thesis is to determine whether the communication in a selected firm is effective, particularly how efficiently its various instruments work and which complicated communication of selected firm in Ostrava, which are distributors in delivery imported toys from some Asian countries. To obtain information of the purpose of thesis, I used questionnaire research. Questionnaires I gave to respondenting on work meeting to one work group. Results of research I have analyzed and evaluated according parts of communication networks.
